Zetland is the old Norse name for the Shetland Islands where our founder was born. Our aim is to continue the Scottish characteristics of frugality, intelligence and hard work in the service of clients.

- Zetland Corporate Services (Hong Kong) provides fiduciary services including company formation in most jurisdictions, trust and company administration, nominee directors and shareholders, introductions to banks and brokerage firms and general consultancy regarding international business.
- Zetland Corporate Services (Singapore) provides company formation, fiduciary and administration services and banking liaison in Singapore.
- Zetland International Trust Company (Belize) is licensed by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize to provide trustee services to an international clientele.
- Zetland Corporate Services Belize is licensed by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize to provide registered agent and international business company formation services to an international clientele.
- Zetland Fiduciaries (New Zealand) Limited provides professional trustees for New Zealand Foreign Trusts for international clients from its offices in Auckland.
- Zetland Corporate Services (Seychelles) is licensed by the Seychelles International Business Authority (SIBA) and provides company formation, fiduciary and administration services and banking liaison in Seychelles.
- Zetland Services UK limited, is our representative office in London, concerned with the provision of onshore and offshore solutions.

Gemini Personnel Limited
Gemini Personnel Limited – a sister company established in 1983, is one of the largest recruitment and personnel service agencies in Hong Kong. Gemini has a joint venture in China – JM Gemini Group – with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and also has an operation in Bangkok.
Professional Staff
Zetland staff are experienced professionals including qualified lawyers, accountants, corporate financiers and company administrators. Brief details of key managers are to be found on our website. English is Zetland’s main operating language but staff have fluency in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin), Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Tagalog and Polish.
Cooperation
Zetland receives business referrals from professionals – lawyers, accountants, bankers and financiers globally. Zetland believes in working closely with a client’s advisers and does not itself attempt to give advice of a domestic nature on topics such as tax or asset protection; this should always be sought in a client’s jurisdiction of residence/citizenship and domicile.
Our Logo
The Zetland logo is based on the Shetland flag that in turn is a blend of the distinctive Nordic and St. Andrew’s crosses. The Scottish tradition remains strong in Hong Kong with many bankers, businessmen and professionals from Scotland having contributed to the growth and development of the Special Administrative Region.
